LAFAYETTE
– After winning in Lafayette last Thursday, North Montgomery High
School’s volleyball team didn’t have the same success Monday night.

They started out flat and never recovered against Class A No. 2 Lafayette Central Catholic, suffering a 25-9, 25-21, 25-23 loss.

Junior
Tori Bowerman recorded a team-high 15 digs, while senior Alli Thompson
led the Chargers with 10 assists. Senior Hope Knowling had nine digs,
while sophomore Kelly Kyle added eight. Senior Kate Sparks and
sophomore Kiera Bonebrake had seven apiece.

North Montgomery (13-3) next plays at 6 p.m. today at Attica.
